The other day I complained about being asked to do the KYC again, and today I received an answer:
Hint (mentioned earlier): Even if your solution center account is partially blocked like mine, and you cannot submit any new tickets from the portal, you can still send an e-mail to serviceintake@digitalriver.com in order to create a ticket. The mail must be sent from the address you are registered with in the solution center.I have checked your Account and it shows that the KYC is complete. You may disregard this notification. This notification was sent to all of our partners.
