Those presets are likely from your expansions. They don't get detected/added by default in Reaktor and you need to manually browse those folders to get them. But they can be searched in KK.Since we now know the vast majority of KVR users find presets helpful...
I've been Komplete Kontrol's biggest critic. It's still bad, BUT with these Reaktor synths I think it's finally reached the stage of being Better Than Nothing.
First, Monark and Prism in particular have extra presets in some editions of Komplete, which don't show up for me in the regular Y2K synth browser - these all appear using the KK browser. Second, there are tags, albeit spread across two tabs, that does make browsing for ALL bass sounds much simpler, and you can drill down further. Third, there are now preset previews if you have them installed, so it's very fast to cycle through presets to get to your starting point.
So what I've done in my template is to add disabled instrument tracks, each having one the Reaktor synths preselected in KK, and open in the minimalist GUI view. It still feels like Monark / Razor etc but the KK browser replaces the even more terrible built-in one.
EDIT - in the KK browser you can drag the vertical arrow across now so 60% of the screen is search results, with only 40% the library images. Again, not as good as it should be but better than it was.
That's the sole reason for me to keep KK 2.9.6 on my machine.
