I got the reply for my termination request:
Kind of promising, but my KYC ticket was open for 4 months without any progress (except growing worked hours of course).We received confirmation with the termination of your MyCommerce account. Please note that your MyCommerce account is now officially closed from processed any further orders.
However, to process your final payment, please complete the Due Diligence documentation requested by our team. Once you have completed the form, you can open a new case and reference this case to expedite the review process. Thank you.
