I'm also over Two Notes products for much the same reasons. Tonocracy is an absolute non-starter for me as well as it uses i-Lok. Tho Tonocracy itself is free the dev tied to i-Kok so they can sell you overpriced, protected capture packs....screw that.
I do quite like Tonex and am excited by Headrush's latest version of ReValver & Amp Cloner software. It's currently on sale for $99 but $49 for me as an upgrade. I'm grabbing it ASAP.
