There's absolutely no reason to want it not implemented, it already exists for one, so it's not doing anything to the UX, and just like the crossfader you can hide it permanently in the Menu.To be fair, I have tried this option.txt thing back in Live 10. I thought it would be a game changer and I feature I wanted. Turns out, I hated it. I personnally hope they never implement it.
