Hyperbole aside. I sort of like how Cubase implemented the modulators in the interface. Very clean and easy to understand. That being said it has nowhere near the same level of modulation options as Bitwig and probably never will. So imo Cubase didn't win anything, they are just catching up with what other DAWs have been able to do already. I'd say they are about on par with Ableton's modulation at this point, but win some points because the interface is so clean vs Ableton's approach.
