That is correct Image may be NSFW.There are more differences , zencore is the amalgation of the pcm engine + snsZenology Pro sounds the same when it comes to the PCM Sounds and the minor differences are in the Effects used between The HW and Zenology Pro.There are 2 integra editors , one by sakura the other by Roland ( vst3 )
The integra sounds great , don't have any experience with the later zenology stuff so can't comment on that .
I did compare my integra ( pcm engine ) with the cloud jv1080-5080 and they were identical sounding with the exception of some some of the effetcs which appeared to be better on the software , especially the pitch shifter effect
Zenology Pro didn't have Reverb until V2 which helped allot.
There is a big difference When it comes to the Supernatural synth and the Zen Core Synth and that is in the Waveforms.
The Zen core has 1 type of Waveform while the Supernatural synth engine has 3 variations of every Waveform to choose from named a,b or c but you can change the Waveforms in all kind of ways in the Zen core VA panel that you can't do with the supernatural engine.
I do believe you can find the same waveforms if you replace the VA waveform in the Zen Core synth With some of the PCM Waveforms that has a,b,c versions.
Zenology pro misses some of the ringmod configurations and it misses the hard clipper/booster effect(structure 3-4) which can be put in between partial filters or pre both filters
Some serious stuff can be achieved when the first filter is a resonant highpass going into clipper going into the second filter
Can't be done on zenology , same as 2 or 3 ringmod configs
The zencore engine is essentially the basic structure of the pcm emgine ( minus some routings explained above ) + some real va thrown in ( osc sync , real pulse with , phase modulation etc) and some decent filters ( still not sure if these are the same as the sns )
The va (sns) on the Integra is lacklustre but the filters do sound great (jupiter 80 , jupiter 8, moog , prophet 5) .
The zencore also has the awfull sampled based supersaw ( what the f where they thinking at Roland )
These are the available structures on the pre zencore romplers ( including integra pcm engine)

I did just touch on the Basics or my Post would be to long so happy to see that you filled out the rest Image may be NSFW.

I do like both as their own thing because of their differences in what they can do and i do agree.
The Supersaw is the same on both and I wouldn't Mind it if they did it properly as it sounds very mono and flat and horrible with no energy behind it compared to the real deal.
