But how do I get the factory waveforms from the internal ROM into SWAY? Forgive me for being dense.

I asked about this earlier in the thread, actually! Sheaf says SWAY will be able to load the SY77 ROM and wave card dump files that Brian Allan (Sector101) has made available via his site. Scroll down a bit to the "Waveform Card Library" Box link.

I think I see them. It looks like S7731 and S7732 are the waveforms from the hardware. I probably missed them the first time I looked at that page; I probably thought all the files were from the cards. Thanks a million.

Edit: I downloaded the files I mentioned, and it looks like they are not the waveforms from the SY/TG 77; they are two cards that have samples of other synthesizers. Still useful, but I didn't find the ROM samples on that page.
