The Asthenic Syndrome was the one I first heard of. I still haven't seen that one either. I had a YouTube link bookmarked for a long time, but never got around to it*. I have Brief Encounters and The Long Farewell on Blu-ray (Region B) from Vintage Classics / StudioCanal and would recommend them both if you have a region-free player. Otherwise, Criterion is releasing them together in August. However you see them, they're well worth seeing (or re-seeing as the case may be).I saw that years ago when it first came out on DVD. The print quality and subtitles were not that good but that didn't keep folks from recognizing her film making talent.Brief Encounters (good).
For years it seemed like The Asthenic Syndrome was the only one of her films that would show in the art house circuit. I still haven't seen it, nor any other of Muratova's films from what I can recall.
*And have since found other sources.
