Hardware (Instruments and Effects) • solid expression pedal for v-guitar?

need an expression pedal now,
what should I get.
Have quickly googled,
but looking for advice too
The budget is ok,
but are the m-audio cheap ones fine?
Nektar nxp looks good too,
do peeps have trouble with them sliding about the floor?
-are both nektar and m-audio absolutely fine, done deed?
