A friend of mine made a self-designed (7/8 size) electric guitar as part of a college course in the late '70s. I think it took him 6 months, although he was working on other projects concurrently. It turned out very well. To be able to make a fully-functional piezo ukulele in 2-3 days is quite astounding. Ain't technology great?
The uke sounds quite at home in this blues format. I liked the FX processing (and the organs were great too).
